Unfortunately, i fell for it - but there wasn't this information available at the time. However their charge - not the $2.99, but what followed -overdrafted my bank account at bank of oklahoma and i am now in a collection status with equinox - a collection service - as i attempt to research what happened and why. I have found out that the ftc (federal trade commission) is aware of this activity and are helping me.
