They ship you the product and count 14 days from that date as your "14 day trial" period. Never mind if you don't get the product for 7 or 8 days (in my case). They charged my bank account before my 14 day trial period ended. I got product on the 21st, started taking it on 22nd or 23rd (Christmas holiday). Raspberry ketone pills at Walmart cost on $9.88 for a 28 day supply. They took $79.41 out of my account when I had only been taking the pills for about 9 days. They say they will credit my debit card within 30 days of receipt of the pills I sent back. There is nothing on their website that explains when the 14 days begin. Don't try this product. Go to Walmart and get the same thing for $9.88.
