Inquired as to villa located on the island of St. Maartin on www.vrbo.com. Was contacted by this person claiming to be the owner. Negotiated pricing via several emails. Sent me a contract with bank info for wire transfer. Eight days later the real owner of the villa notified me his email had been compromised and several people had the same thing happen. My bank told me once the funds left my account that I cannot get it back.
