I was scammed in the same way described here by everyone else. I made online order, got the call, was tricked into buying battery and CF card which were not what they were described as and were priced 4 times their value (which I could not know until I received the package and could look them up). The representative gave misleading information about what I was being sold, gave me the wrong total (they charged me $100 more than they told me over the phone and did not email me an invoice). They say "free shipping" but then charge "handling and insurance", in my order they said it was to be $160, then it wasn't on the invoice. They did not tell me they were "bundling" my order, which means that I cant return anything individually, to return the whole thing they charge a 15% stocking free, that would be over $400. I feel really stupid for falling for it.

I'm interested in a class action lawsuit, which I think could happen according to this: "Class actions may be brought in federal court if the claim arises under federal law, or if the claim falls under 28 USCA § 1332 (d). Under § 1332 (d) (2) the federal district courts have original jurisdiction over any civil action where the amount in controversy exceeds $5,000, 000 and
any member of a class of plaintiffs is a citizen of a State different from any defendant". According to this site there have been over 9 million dollars reported in damages.
