I purchased from their website b/c of the shipping sale they were offering. I contacted customer service off of their website too many times to count and apparently that part of the website does not function. I have never received a response.By the time i contacted paypal they told me that it was too late to get my money back due to their 45 day policy. KScrossstich states it could take up to 30 days to receive your products and 3-5 days for them to process the order, by the time i thought something may be wrong and complained with anyone i had lost my money. This website is a complete fake. I researched the website and someone named Xu, Nelson paid for another year of service thru godaddy domains in Nov. (a month after i ordered) so someone is paying attention to the website, but they arent honoring your purchases, just taking your money.
