Changes to formulary. Prices

I was having problems locating my meds in the book they sent me on jan. 2... I spoke with a number of people, disconnected and hung up on many times... Finally, I thought I had everything taken care of... But, just to make sure I brought up their formulary on the internet, and I noticed they had increased the prices of their tier meds... From a $0.00 co pay to a $10.00 copay on my generic drugs... They even say there were no changes in the formulary since 8... I take many meds and now it means I have to choose which ones are the most necessary. It means less money for food now. If they were straight with me I would have looked for a new plan... I am disgusted, disturbed, and downright mad... I kept asking if the meds were still a $0.00 copay and was told yes... What kind of nonsense is this... I sure would like an answer...
