I was shopping online @home depot.com when a pop up window said that i had won a "gift" for taking a short survey. I took the survey and at the end was given the choice of 4 watches and it was stated that the watche was a free gift all i had to pay was shipping and handleing. After 30 days i was charged 98.00 now after another 30 days i have been charged 49.00. After calling customer support i was told of a NO REFUND NO RETURN "POLICY" AND WAS TOLD TO CONTACT "BILLING" AT THE COMPANIES WEBSITE, well there is no way to contact billing and the phone number is the same as the contact number for the company! I am going in circles here i am aware of buyer beware but there was nothing ststeing that i would be charged monthly for a watch that is hardley worth the s&h price!!! 1
