On 12/17 I noted $29.95 withdrawn from my bank account unauthorized. I called the 1-800 number and got a person. I told her this was not an authorized withdraw and she called me by another name. I said that was not my name and this is fraudulent. She apologized and said the funds would be put back in my account within 7 to 10 business days. Well, several business days have passed and still no refund. When you call they company has been on holiday vacation. WOW! I work hard for my money especially for some scum to take it away. Karma is ugly, especially to those who STEAL from others. I'd like the money back and these people or person behind bars.
