I have also received, in late December a printed form issued by Miller & Spencer (M&S) notifying me that my "inheritance" of £37,858.81 is available for collection from them, provided I send them at a POB in the netherlands, a Declaration of Acceptance by the Beneficiary together with £35 or £40 (for priority). This is obviously as scam.
