They're suppose to be with PCH, and I've only sent 23.78. That's not the point I thought it was a safe site. But I got to reading and PCH said they don't ask for money or fees. I sent these people this money for 11.89 twice. THey're making PCH look bad and I don't know who is who, can you answer that one for me?
