I gave authorization for the trial pack in the amount of $4.98. Package was received two days later. What a joke. But when I called customer service for the required RMA #, she refused to give it to me. I asked to speak with her supervisor. This time it was a man. He said if you give the product just two more weeks, we wont charge you the $89.00. I wrote everything down and called my banks fraud department. The bank said to mail it back and get a tracking no. I was given back $88.00 but a few days ago they took the money back. This Co. Is a ripoff.
