Ordered 12 bras on phone 11/23. $78.31 charged 11/26. Tried to cancel order, but told already shipped. Customer Service suggested I refuse delivery which I did. Only $46.14 was credited to me on 12/20. I believe $32.17 for "shipping and handling" is exorbitant. As yet, I have received no paperwork. I see there are many complaints about the same issue. They are not upfront about disclosing these fees in the beginning. I felt secure when the ad stated "money back guarantee".
