I was shopping on jcp.com and a pop up came up offering free gifts for filling out a quick survey. I filled out the survey and picked one of the gift options. I was informed that I would be charged 5.99 for shipping and handling. Later I noticed on my bank statement That the company had charged me 98.00 on two different occasions, which I did not authorize.
