Ordered pink brass knuckles for the wife. Paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure product would be received by Christmas.cc was charged within minutes of placing online order and order confirmation email received. Still no package, no shipping info received, etc. Four emails to customer service have gone unanswered, calls to both the toll free and local number just ring. Fraud inquiry has been started with my CC company. Only after the purchase did I think to research company ratings as the web site and order process seemed legit. Looks like I and many others experiencing the same thing. BBB has an F rating for them with 38 complaints the company failed I reps pond to.
