I applied to this company about six weeks ago for a free phone and was approved within the first week. Ever since I was approved I can see on thier web sit that my "phone application was approved and your phone is ready to ship" It has been showing that for way over a month now. I have called serveral times to find out what the problem is with sticking it in the mail... Each time I am told to call back next week. I have had several "chat" sessions with them, plus called several times. They do nothing but give you the run around and tell you to call next week. You ask to talk to a supervisor and they refuse to let you talk to anyone other than who ever happened to take the call. You try to pin them down, like asking them, "well if your web site says the phone was approved and ready to ship, what's the problem of getting it in the mail", and they just tell you, we don't know... Call back in a week... Then next week tell you the same thing. Stay away from this company... I would cancle except i just fear starting the process all over again with another company might just delay getting a phone longer... This company should not be in business
