This company doesn't honor their own Posted Return Policy. I called them and sent several emails before 14 days grace period to return their booklet that cost me $1600.00 and they didn't allow me to return the booklet and didn't refund my money.

I already had problem paying my mortgage and they ripped me off and got me deeper into money problem.
