Ordered the "UGG BOOTS" on 11/26 took almost a month to deliver and they were damaged when I received them in 12/21. Soles of boots appear to be made of styrofoam and stitching is terrible were there are already holes. They are belladia brand not UGG as the website states they are. Customer service kept stating they were shipped and sending emails with invalid tracking numbers and then told me that if I return the product once it did arrive that I could not get my money back just credit to use on there site. Wasted my time and money on this site and did not even get the product I ordered or an acceptable quality!
