Absolute fraud. Company leads you to believe they are Apple. All they do is try to sell a warranty, and bill a monthly charge. Took over an hour to reach a person to refund my money. (which I hope they do).. Got the run around and transferred 6 times. They also went in on my computer from a remote location which I am very nervous about.
