Plastic shred in original cheesecake

I purchased an Original flavor "Cheesecake Factory" cheesecake at Sam's Club last week (October 21st). When my daughter ate the first piece, she found a shred of clear plastic (which I saved) in the filling. There is no information on the package as to how to report this to the company. Going online takes you to the site where you can comment on the restaurant food and service. Obviously this is a different problem and I cannot find a way to report it. I am not happy with this quality control issue and thought the company would like to know what was found in the cheesecake.
