I purchashed a watch for $9.95 when on an Adobe site. There was NO mention of any other fees. I just received a $98 bill from these people and want it removed immediatly

I purchased a watch on a know site (Adobe) which was a gift promotion for $9.95. There was NO mention of any further requirements or actions necessary. I Just received a $98 bill from them and have been SHOCKED by it. This is an obvous scam and I am attemtping to recover the $98. The phone email address given me by VISA does not exist.
Again, this was a gift notification for the watch with NO further qualifictions or requirement to join any club or group.
