I ordered 2 boots that are suppose to be uggs, but are clearly frauds. They were suppose to come before Christmas, but arrived a month after I ordered them even though they kept sending confirm emails. I only received one of the FAKE boots which was in the wrong color, cheap material and the other hasn't even showed up yet. I complained on their website by their customer service, but they only emailed saying that due to holiday shopping increase they have to delay any help. I also ordered a necklace for $22 which looked very nice, but was extremely small and cheap looking then what it's worth. I highly warn to stay away from this website because the pictures are fake and the product have no value to what they want you to pay and make it look good because everything is 50 or more percent off. Shipping is slow and customer service doesn't help. I want a refund, this website shouldn't be legal.
