I got charges on my acct for 34.85 plus a. 10 charge exactly a week prior to that, i was told that i had appplied for a loan and for that i would be charged and that it was stated in the terms and agreement. When i called to see about these charges i was told that they had the right do this. They told me that they could not tell me exactly where they were located or who exactly took the money, When I told them that I was turning them into my bank for fraud they said they documentation of me accepting the terms and agreement.
