Checked my bank balance on Christmas day to find my checking account overdrawn. This company, that I have never heard of, had my checking information and deducted money from my account for a processing fee on a loan I never applied for. Upon calling, I got the runaround and was eventually hung up on. Disputing charges and preparing legal action.
