I purchased A $1.95 ONE-TIME SEARCH; LATER HAD THE $29.95 taken from my checking account a couple of days before Christmas. When I called them to complain, they told me I had authorized a background search, and had gone through a complex process to authorize the payment, which I absolutely DID NOT DO.
