Did a 30 day trial order for LipoSlim for $4.95. Specifically looked for any andditional fees, auto ship or membership to some club. Did not find any documentation regarding something like this then mysteriously on 12/24 my bank account was charged $79.98 the full cost for this trial. Tried to cx this order yesterday on 12/25 but they were closed due to the holiday. Spoke with regular phone representative today and also a supervisor today and all they both did was talk over me and kept saying this was on their web site in clear print. Nothing referring to this membership or a 14 day trial period was mentioned in any emails I received or paperwork with the product. They did cx my membership but refused to refund this charge. This is a scam and the product does not work. Can't return any due to product being open. No customer support at all and horrible service... Can't believe the Dr OZ show is linked to this whole thing!
