I ordered a pair of shoes for my son christmas and i didnt receive anything. They ruined my sons christmas. Im very upset on this matter. Its an embarresement and im very saddedn by it. I was not able to see or hear my sons excitement voice on christmas. I m in the process of getting a refund through the bank
