Same as the others, ordered 'Ugg' boots & they have not arrived in the "10-15 days" the site stated they would. (They've changed it to 2-3 weeks now). When I inquired they responded quickly that the longshoremen's strike at the port was delaying shipment of items. My order still says 'processing' a month later.
