I ordered two pairs of boots that were advertised as Ugg boots on November 25th. The money was taken out of my account the same day and I received a conformation e-mail. I have submitted four separate e-mails and never received any type of response as to when they would be shipped. They guaranteed delivery by Christmas if you ordered before December 10th. It is now December 22nd and my items still have not arrived and I still have been unsuccessful at getting anyone to respond to me from this company.
