Ordered the free product and paid the postage, then noticed they debited my account with three trancasctions with out authority. I am just writing now to say that my bank re credited my account and dealt with the business themselves. However the company took out the amount from my account, but again my bank was able to credit my account and finalise the unauthorised dealings. So if you have the same problem, contact your bank. I was most fortunate and grateful to my financial institution
