I purchased a Mitchell and Ness New England Patriot jacket on 12/4, first off i. Recieved the wrong size so i called them for a re-shipment which was on 12/10, it is now 12/20 and they havent even shipped my new jacket out! Everytime i call them and ask about my shipping date, i get the same reaopnse (its still being processed! This is complete (Inappropriate Content Removed) and i will never spend another dollar on anything involving the NFL! College football is much better anyway and has been for years! Iwouldnt recomend anyone purchase anything from thier website, everything is a complete lie, and even after admitting a mistake u would think they would compensate you with free shipping, a gift card, free item ect. One of the above! Terrible business, total failure to the most important piece of thier sucess... The fan/customer!!!
