They called us telling us that we had won the lottery and a new car. There were 3 exchanges of phone calls before my boyfriend FINALLY believed it was a scam. The damage was done however, and it turns out now that they were using our phone to call collect exactly 12 minutes at a time, 2$ per minute. Our cell phone bill has an extra 75$ in charges this month because of it.
