I authorized a $4.95 payment to attend a webinar. At its conclusion, I knew I was not interested and made very sure I clicked nothing that would authorize payment for a coach mentor. On 12/14, I saw that my debit account was less than it should be.
On the weekend I made an analysis of my account balances and found that the withdrawal by this company was the only one that accounted for the amount missing.
On giving them my complaint, they responded
by saying they give no refunds whatsoever.
