Caller Claiming to Be GE Money Bank Demanded Upfront Processing Fee

I got a call from GE Money Bank, I did not give them any of my money but the new number there using is 518-795-9999. I knew that they were a scam because for a unsecured loan doesn't require a up front processing fee. I asked why they just did not take the process fee out of the amount I was awarded and he stated to go to Wal-Mart for a money pack card. I told him NO. But I provoed th mose recent number they are soliciting people for.
