I ordered a Gucci handbag after few days the leather starts to melt and looks funny. I send the handbag back to the seller for a refund and we have been sending email back and forth which they promise to refund once item is received. They keep telling me they have not received the item. According to the tracking details they have received the item. Both line is they have not refunded my money. I concluded they are a scam company.
