Double Banana Muffins Arrived Unwrapped and Hard as a Hockey Puck

I purchased gv double banana filled muffins at your store in Addison, IL. When I opened the up the box the wrapper is missing. Not off or opened missing. The muffin was hard as a hockey puck. Maybe you could put a window on the box so I don't have to EVER deal with this again. Things are just too expensive these days.
