Purchased "NUDE" make up on trial basis on the belief that I would only pay $18.00 P&H, unless I kept the items than I would be billed for tha balance.
I obtained the goods around the 13th of October and returned the unused goods on the 26th October by registered mail. My wife contacted them and informed them and was assured that she would not be liable for any further payment. Until the 13th December when they took out the $229.95 without informing us. I have phoned them up several times and they will not return the calls.
