Bad dash and gas gague doesnt work correct

I bought this brand new, I have a 2001 2500 diesel with 178,000. I have had this issue at 110,00. I ask about a recall on these items, I was told they were out of warranty. I made the comment that I read on internet a lot of others have the same issues. I was told I can not comepair my issue with others because I don't know what someone else did that cause their issues.
