Received pop up while on big lot site to complete survey and receive a free gift, just pay 5.99 shipping. This pop up did not indicate that items were on a 14 day trail.initially I selected a watch as the free gift but was told the limited for that item had been reached, I selected the fragance. As stated by others I was shocked when I saw a 95.00 charge on my account. Since than I have received an additional charge of 49.99. Spoke to rrp on phone and was directed to email company. I did not receive an invoice nor did I receive any return instruction which is the usual practice of valid companies.
