I placed and order on Nov 22. On 11/26 $83.41 was removed from my bank account. After several attempts to reach a human by phone, I sent an e-mail to their customer service address and less than 30 seconds, I received a reply. However it's the same response everyone else has gotten:
Good Afternoon,
I apologize that no one has contacted you sooner regarding the order. At this time there has been a shipment delay with the vendor to us. I have no been given any more detailed information other than we are expecting to receive orders any day now. I apologize for any inconvenience, if you would like I can notify you as soon as there is a status update or if you no longer wish to wait for the order I can cancel and issue a refund.
I replied back with the question,
"If I decide to cancel. How long would it be before I got my refund, As quickly as you took it from my account?"
And you guessed it no reply
