Thank God I called first. I found a camera that I was looking to give as a Christmas present on their website for a cheap price. I was all ready to enter my credit card infoand order it. I was concerned that it wouldn't get to me before Christmas, so I called the number that they had listed for a little piece of mind. After waiting to speak to someone for at least 5 minutes, a guy answers and says, "order number?". I say that I don't have one yet. He says, "so are you going to order something or what?" I give him the make & model # of the camera that I was looking to purchase. Before I even get the words out of my mouth, he says, "that camera doesn't come with a battery, but you can order one for $49". I say that it doesn't say anything about the camera not coming with a battery on their website, and that this sounds like a scam to me. As soon as the word scam came out of my mouth, the guy hung up on me. From the time the guy picked up the phone until the guy hung up on me, he couldn't have been ruder. I am so relieved that I called first before I placed my order. Terrible experience.
