I too was on line browsing through the Amazon website when a popup apppeared wanting me to take a brief survey. I was offered a choice of three gifts and I selected the cologne. I was asked to pay the S/H in the amount of $7.99 which I put on my credit card. Last week I received another perfume and thought I had ordered it so I went looking—I had not. I found the Quality Mist Terms and Conditions which stated that you have 14 days to do an RMA. I attempted to do that. They said "oh that was only for the first instance, you could not return the monthly shipment. Perhaps somewhere in there they told me I would be getting a monthly shipment but like a good 'book club' once should have a 'right of refusal' These people need to have a lawsuit filed against them.
