I was text messaged today that I had won a contest from Target that I never entered for the amount of $1000. This is not the first time I have recieved this text. It is not only annoying but at this time of the year it is especially hurtful. I was duped into believing that my worries for my sons christmas were over. Is'nt there a way to catch the persons who are running this fraud?
