I applied for and was approved for a loan for $ 30,000 with a prepayment of 2,089 and insurance of 2100.00. After all payments were made they wanted additional money. I have asked for a refund. I am now attempting to contact them and the phone number no longer works. This has put my family in extreme financial distress. We were told it was a contract and they would abide by it. They also said I would get me refund. Yeah right... I doubt it.
