I was fraudulantly charged $40.27 against my bank account by this company. I have never done business with them. The charge description was listed as EXCSUPPORT.com

I contacted the EXCSUPPORT.com 24/7 support and after several exchanges I made it clear I had never heard of the company nor had I ever done any business with them and that I wanted a full credit/refund of the charges. The CS rep was curtious and issued a 7-10 day credit refund.
