A call came to my home this afternoon seeming to know a great deal about me and my computer. They said I had many errors and I needed to get it fixed. Stupidly, I allowed them to take over my screen (they knew how to do it) and I suspect THEY gave me problems. It has taken the rest of the afternoon to get it fixed. I believe they are a scam. I had to go to another place of business to undo what they did, hence $99.99
