I was charged TWICE for the same thing. They had the nerve to take it from my banking account twice... Once on 11-23-12 and then again on 12-6-12 Called the company number 1-800-304-4202 talked to man named Brandon and he never got back with me. Had to change my account so they could NEVER take money from me again. Don't trust this company... Ever
