Sterling MC Call Fiat
Service Complaint on Newly purchased vehicle

Miscellaneous

I just bought a 2012 Fiat Abarth 500 3 months ago and had, i have 5,300 miles on it & is manual. Last week I was driving and started to have some problems with it while shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear and then the car died, I then had to have it towed in to Sterling McCall Fiat that night. The next morning they called me and told me that I blew motor, they said the RPM's ran too high by abuse, I was going about 30-35 mph at the time. I called the Fiat customer service center and they said they would research it and get back with us. But they never called back, the dealership is more interested in getting my insurance company to pay for it than fixing the problem, our insurance Allstate went out there and researched it and decided it was not their problem and that it was the dealerships. I then set up an appointment with a factory rep. From Fiat, he came in with his arms folded and was very arrogant, and they still say that it is my fault yet they haven't even broken down the engine yet. I am at ends wit with this.
