Similar story here. Ordered the mop and paid for a 3-5 day service - it arrived 3 weeks later. No english instructions, poor quality adapter and 2 core power lead meaning the device is not properly earthed (water mixed with electricity and no earth?).
The device worked for all of 10 minutes before failing. I emailed them and got a broken english responce (from italy) asking me various questions. A few tedious emails later they asked me to return the mop to their finchley lane address - which i did in good time (at a cost of £12). They claimed not to have received it depite me producing proof of delivery numerous times. Now they are simply ignoring my emails. Nothing more than theives - avoid at all costs!
