Poor Customer Service

Purchased 2 column solar lights. Had to argue to send one back that never worked. Had to pay my own shipping to return the light! The rep was extremely rude and unhelpful. After waiting two weeks for a new or repaired light, it worked for about 4 days. The second time, the same rep was rude and unhelpful again. Needless to say, I won't be doing any business with them again. I'm a $25 million dollar a year sales company which we live on customer service. We have been successful for over 32 years. If I were to run my business the same as Solar Illuminations, I don't think we would have made it 2 years!
