Was just searching for a way to watch one episode of a show I'd missed. Was told I could watch it instantly and get a free trial. Repeatedly told "I would not be charged". Couldn't get the software to download, or was not available for watching any of the poor selection of movies. Found a charge today for $50.45. I cannot even log into "my account" because it doesn't like any of the passwords and won't send a reminder or any way to reset it. I would really like my $50 back, that was Christmas money for my 4 small children!
